2025 Summer Semester (June) Admission Notice

 

1. Admission Schedule

A. Application Period:

February 24, 2025 (Mon) - February 28, 2025 (Fri)

* The application period may be extended depending on circumstances.

Please check for additional announcements.

 

B. Document and Interview Review Schedule (Tentative):

March 3, 2025 (Mon) - March 14, 2025 (Fri)

* Individual notification for document review passers/interviews will be conducted for those who pass.

 

C. Final Review of Admission Screening (Tentative):

March 17, 2025 (Mon) - March 21, 2025 (Fri)

 

D. Notification of Admission Results (Tentative):

March 24, 2025 (Mon) - March 28, 2025 (Fri)

* The school can cancel the admission if additional documents are not submitted or other admission requirements are not met.

 

2. Eligibility

High school graduates or those with equivalent educational backgrounds.

Those who can obtain a language training or study abroad visa according to the Immigration Laws and Regulations of the Korean Government.

 

3. Required Documents

A. Application form

 

B. Proof of final education (graduation certificate and transcript: necessary documents to confirm academic ability, check the requirements from the Korean embassy)

 

C. Financial proof documents (check the requirements from the Korean embassy, and if parents are financial guarantors, submit family relationship proof documents)

D. One copy of the passport

 

E. Four photos (3X4) with white background: for attachment to the application form and future visa application documents (jpg file submission required)

* All documents must be submitted by mail or in person as originals.

* Documents must be in Korean or English (documents in the native language must be translated into Korean or English).

 

F. Application fee: 50,000 KRW

 

4. Application Procedure and Visa Issuance Process

A. Submit the application form, required documents, and payment of the application fee within the application period (submission by mail or in person - initial scanned copy submission is possible after email inquiry).

 

B. Individual notification of results only for those who pass the document review and interview.

 

C. Pay tuition in the applicant's name.

 

D. After confirming payment, the school will send the necessary documents for the visa application to the applicant (for the certificate of visa eligibility application, the school prepares and applies for the application at Busan Immigration and delivers the certificate of visa eligibility to the approved student).

 

E. The applicant applies for a visa in their home country with the received documents.

 

F. Enter Korea in the pre-arranged schedule with the school.

 

G. Take a level test and be assigned to a class.
