2025 Fall Semester (September) Admission Announcement

1. Admission Schedule

A. Application Period
May 26 (Mon) – June 6, 2025 (Fri)
The application period may be extended depending on circumstances. Please check for further announcements.

B. Document Screening and Interview (Tentative)
June 9 (Mon) – June 27, 2025 (Fri)
Applicants who pass the document screening will be individually notified regarding the interview schedule.

C. Final Document Submission and Admission Results (Tentative)
June 30 (Mon) – July 4, 2025 (Fri)
Admission may be canceled if required documents are not submitted or if other admission requirements are not met.

2. Eligibility

• Applicants must have graduated from high school or possess an equivalent level of education.

• Applicants must be eligible to obtain a language training or study abroad visa in accordance with the immigration laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.

3. Required Documents

A. Completed application form
B. Proof of final education (graduation certificate and transcript)

• These documents are required to verify academic qualifications. Please check specific requirements with the Korean embassy.
  C. Financial proof documents

• Refer to the Korean embassy for specific requirements. If a parent is the financial guarantor, proof of family relationship must be submitted.
  D. One copy of the applicant’s passport
  E. Four passport-sized photos (35mm x 45mm) with a white background

• Photos are required for the application form and visa application. A JPG file must also be submitted.
  F. Application fee: 50,000 KRW

All documents must be submitted as originals, either by mail or in person.
Documents must be in Korean or English. If issued in another language, they must be translated into Korean or English.

4. Application and Visa Process

A. Submit the application form, required documents, and application fee within the designated period.

• Initial submission via scanned copies is possible after email inquiry.
  B. Only successful applicants will be individually notified of the results.
  C. Pay tuition under the applicant’s name.
  D. Upon confirmation of payment, the university will send the necessary documents for visa application.

• The university will apply for the Certificate of Visa Eligibility at Busan Immigration and send it to the approved applicant.
  E. The applicant applies for a visa in their home country using the provided documents.
  F. Enter Korea according to the schedule arranged with the university.
  G. Class placement will be conducted upon arrival.
