2025 Winter Semester (December) Admission Announcement

1. Admission Schedule

a. Application Period: September 22 (Mon), 2025 – February 28 (Fri), 2026

※ The application period may be extended depending on circumstances.

b. Document Screening & Interview (Tentative): October 13 (Mon), 2025 – October 24 (Fri), 2025

※ Only applicants who pass the document screening will be individually notified and proceed to the interview.

c. Final Submission of Supplementary Documents & Admission Screening Result Notification (Tentative): October 27 (Mon), 2025 – October 31 (Fri), 2025

※ Admission may be canceled if supplementary documents are not submitted or if admission requirements are not met.

2. Eligibility (Refer to Required Documents)

- Applicants who have graduated from high school or possess equivalent academic qualifications.

- Applicants eligible for a language training or student visa under Korean immigration law.

3. Required Documents (Refer to Attached List)

- Application form

- Certificate of final academic background (graduation certificate and transcript)

  ※ Must confirm academic ability; check with the Korean embassy for country-specific requirements.

- Financial capacity proof documents

  ※ Check with the Korean embassy for country-specific requirements. If a parent is the financial sponsor, proof of family relationship is required.

- One copy of passport

- Four ID photos (3x4 cm, white background)

  ※ Attach to application form and submit as JPG file for visa application.

- Application fee: KRW 50,000

※ All documents must be submitted as originals via post or in person.

※ Documents must be in Korean or English. If written in another language, a certified Korean or English translation is required.

4. Application Process & Visa Issuance (Refer to Attached List)

- Submit application form, required documents, and application fee within the application period (via post or in person).

  ※ Initial scanned copies may be submitted via email after inquiry.

- Only applicants, passed the document screening will be individually contacted for interviews and result.

- Tuition must be paid under the applicant’s name.

- After confirming payment, visa issuance-related documents will be sent to the applicant.

  ※ For Certificate of Visa Issuance (CVI), the school will apply to Busan Immigration Office and send the CVI to the approved applicant.

- Applicants must apply for a visa in their home country using the received documents.

- After obtaining the visa, enter Korea according to the dormitory move-in schedule.

- Participate in class placement and orientation.
